团结起来,争取更大的胜利

The 9th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was a pivotal Communist Party Congress in China during the height of the Cultural Revolution. It was held in Beijing, China, between April 1 and 24, 1969. The Congress formally ratified the political purge of Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping, and elevated Mao's radical allies formally to power.

Mao Zedong delivered  a speech which he believed that "the Ninth" represented a successful and united congress that could eventually lead to greater victories throughout the country.  "Unite to strive for greater success" became a popular slogan of the CPC in the 1970s.
